Refund policy

To be eligible for a refund, you'll need to request a cancellation more than one week before the rental date and time that your purchased. You’ll also need proof of purchase.

To start a the refund process, you can contact us at magpiesgp@gmail.com. If your request is accepted, a $20.00 rescheduling fee will be deducted from your original purchase total before being refunded.  We hope you understand.
